I never thought I’d say this, but GoDaddy.com has pulled off a rare feat in advertising: to sell with sex, and do it in smart way.
GoDaddy’s three new spots, which will run during Olympics coverage, still feature beautiful women in skimpy outfits. But this time around, it’s nerdy guys steal the show. Each execution features a different flavor of nerdy GoDaddy employee – and a specific set of tangible benefits. The message: nothing grabs attention like sex – but it’s great service that keeps customers coming back for more.
