With more than 25 years experience of agency and client-side marketing experience, Martha brings critical skill and insight to brand development, creative and production management—and integrated team management. At DiNoto, she's helped drive success on clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, Nikon, Synchrony Financial, GE, LPL Deutsche Bank and more. Prior to DiNoto, Martha's had stints at Deutsch Inc running Revlon, Snapple and Ikea—and on the client side for Zobha and Brain Balance Achievement Centers.
Bill is a big-idea creative director who brings decades of experience helping birth strategic and creative platforms for clients in tech, financial services, and more. His specialty is finding the nexus between a core business proposition and a compelling brand expression. At DiNoto, Bill has spearheaded creative development for The Coca-Cola Company, EOS Airlines, UBS, LPL and many other brands. Prior, Bill was Executive Creative Director at Deutsch Inc. where he ran PNC Bank across all media.
Zach has built a 20+ year experience base across digital marketing, technology and data, defining and quantifying success for clients — and then developing the strategies to achieve it. Across paid, owned and earned media, through social promotions and content, partnerships and SEO, Zach weaves together multiple touch points to achieve core business objectives in measurable and quantifiable terms. Zach has both agency and direct client experience, including work with brands such as Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Wacom, Sony, StubHub & Konami.
Paul has over 20 years experience helping brands solve business problems in memorable ways. He most recently served as Executive Creative Director at Organic in New York, overseeing digital and social efforts on AT&T. In this role he oversaw a team of 16 to develop digitally focused, platform-based approaches across all lines of business for the AT&T brand. He's also been Group Creative Director at Deutsch in New York responsible for creative development across all media for Microsoft, PNC Bank, and USAA Financial. At DiNoto, Paul leads creative development on Disney, Turner, Deutsche Bank and other clients.
Sasha specializes in defining and activating brands through engagement and social innovation and leads creative development on Synchrony Financial and Disney. Her experience includes stints at Deutsch, Cliff Freeman and Partners and JWT. She's been recognized by Cannes Cyber, AICP Next, Communication Arts' Advertising, Design, Digital, and Typography Annuals, Webby, and Young Guns, and recently orchestrated the first TV series premiere on Twitter, and wrote the first multipart Instagram series.
Dallas Itzen is a writer and creative director who specializes in big, human ideas and leads creative development on a variety of DiNoto clients including Corcoran, and Morgan Stanley. Most recently, she's created digital content for Microsoft, Nobel Prize Winner Malala Yousafsai, Alba Botanica and recently rebranded and rewrote fieldengineer.com, a gig economy telco website. Previous stints include Executive CD at TBWA/Chiat/Day NY, and as Group CD at Deutsch where she created ground-breaking work for Tanqueray and Ikea including the 1st commercial to feature a gay couple. Dallas's work has been recognized in the One Show, the Art Director's Annual, Cannes, the Clio’s, Communciation Arts and International Archive Magazine.
